| About a year ago I discovered Terry and the guys at Willowridge shop from a recommendation. As long as I live in Calgary, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else! They are personable, honest and straight-shooting - they'll even take you into the back of the shop and show you exactly what the issue is on the car while it's on the hoist. They give reassuring assessments of what's critical, what's not, and what can be monitored over time as far as repairs that need to be addressed and how soon. Twice now they have caught an issue that other shops missed, and actually fixed the problem. I have never seen a shop that was so friendly, honest, trustworthy, and GOOD at their job, trying to get me the best deal on labor and parts each time. I really appreciate how they value relationships with their customers without trying to pester you with endless calls about chasing you for service. Like Terry explained, they want to treat their customers with excellent service so that you want to call them when you need help. I really have never experienced auto shop service like theirs, they are a cut above the rest. You should trust them to look after your vehicles too! |

| Willowridge does it again! Randy and the team always come through for us. Our family and its 5 vehicles have been receiving top notch service from Willow Ridge for 9 years. They recently did a rush inspection on a used vehicle we were planning on buying. It gave us the peace of mind we needed to go through with the purchase. Over the years they have looked after everything from tires to sensors, no surprises, fair prices and friendly service. |
