| My Chrysler town and country started misfiring and i just did not want to go to the dealership even though was just a few mins away from them. I thought this is the perfect time to give it to Randy and believe me... the moment i called him and he spoke to me and offered me a solution i was immediately calm but that did not stop there, immediately after i dropped the car late in the evening, he called me the next day and informed me of things going on and kept me updated. I wanted to service my transmission and brakes and he did it for me perfectly. When i say "perfectly" it means he offered me options. Pros and cons, Explanation, price breakdown, necessary or not necessary. No oversell. Genuinely an awesome guy with an awesome crew. I would never take my car anywhere else. Its been a week with my van now and there are so many small things i see about how it rides and it just puts a damn smile on my face. I am very particular about my cars and Willowridge has been the best. Ever!!! I wish them to continue the great work because my future generation will continue solving car issues with you. |
